I love brunch. I think brunch is the best meal of the day. There are just NO RULES! Breakfast for lunch? Lunch for breakfast? Dessert and appetizers for lunch and breakfast? You can’t go wrong!
Brunch for me always feels like something special. I think because it’s not the norm, and when I get a chance to have brunch it’s usually with people I love and it feels a little more celebratory- a break from the mundanity of daily routine.
And if nothing else, it’s a chance to slow down and enjoy a meal usually connecting with family and friends in the process.
Easter is an especially great time to host a brunch to welcome in the spring season and warmer weather
So here are a couple of recipe ideas to try this Easter that take brunch from boring to beautiful! And help usher in the excitement of Spring!

I am a huge fan of quiche. It’s easy to make and yet always gives off fancy vibes to me. When I found this quiche recipe from Everyday Pie with delicious Carmelized onions, it took my quiche experience to a whole new level!

I CANNOT get over how perfectly adorable these little carrot cookie pots from Ôdélices look! And with a sugary crust and a delicious chocolate-filled pot of “garden soil” made with chocolate and crushed Oreos, these are sure to be a success as well!
Now, this recipe does come from a French website, so if you don’t speak French you may need to translate the page to get all the ingredients, but there is a great video tutorial for how to make these that may help! And I think they’d be worth the effort!

When I first saw these on Pinterest, I knew I had to try make them! They are so adorably cute and very festive for Easter. Plus I’m a sucker for those really nice crispy hash browns!
